Do I need to adjust the system daily?
No. OxySync runs fully automatically once configured by your installer.
What does Oxyburst do?
It delivers an immediate oxygen cycle to any zone on demand — without affecting the daily schedule.
What if my sensor stops communicating?
Your authorized service provider will receive an automatic alert. Contact them directly if the issue persists.
Can I adjust the altitude setting myself?
Yes. Use the touchscreen display to select your desired altitude equivalency and press Update Altitude.
What is the maximum oxygen level the system will deliver?
27%. This limit is hard-coded and cannot be exceeded under any operating condition.
Who do I call for service?
Contact your authorized OxySync dealer or installer. Their details were provided at the time of installation.
